Regarding: Black Hair
I want to start this letter off by saying that the staff at the New York office is fantastic! All I can say is WOW! what a great team you have.
My other comment is about all of the other salons telling me that you can't have a great looking hairline if you have "Black Hair"! I used to be a Hair Club client and I had to wear my hair down covering my forehead. I hated that look. Heck I'm over 50 not 20. It was also very embarrassing to say the least when I woke up in the morning and had to look around the bed for my so called hair system.
Well I guess the proof is in the pudding as one might say. Richard, you were 100% right when you said that you were the only guy in the USA that could create an undetectable hair system using black hair for me. Well I attached two photos one with my hair down in the front (Hair Club), and a close up with my new hairline.
If anyone reads this and thinks that Farrell can't do the same for you, then remember this the next time when you are having a conversation with someone and they start staring at your head.
